Yes, we do offer certified translations.

When sending us your documents, please specify that you need a certified translation, as the cost may vary. The turnaround time will also be slightly longer, as we will need to ship a hard copy to you.

We normally accept files up to 10 Mb by email.

To send files larger than 10 Mb, you may use a free file transfer site, such as Wetransfer . We can also grant you access through a personalized FTP server to accommodate larger files.

If the document can be sent electronically, you may email it as an attachment to email. Please specify the language(s) of translation, the desired deadline and whether or not a certified translation is required.

If you only have a hard copy of your document and cannot scan it, just take a picture.

For individual customers:

At the time of the order.

For companies:

Upon receiving the invoice, if no other prior arrangement has been made. You will receive an electronic invoice by email shortly after having received your document. You will be able to print this invoice, where you will find all the necessary payment information. Please note that you will not receive a hard copy of this invoice by standard mail.

We require a deposit of 50% of the total price after taxes for all new clients whose orders exceed $150.00.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) on our secure server Paypal
• Bank transfer
• Cheques (for companies)

Prices vary depending on the length of the text (number of words), the difficulty of the subject matter, and the format. Please send us a quote request by email and we will answer you within the hour.

In general the prices per source word are between 0.16 and 0.23 SGD.
